If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. We do not accept exchange/refund for any other reason, since we would be customising it specifically for you and your size. Thus we strongly recommend you to go through our size chart properly before placing an order.
